Registration packets are now available for Fall 2011.
The Afterschool Membership Form
& Payment Form must be completed in full and accompanied by the $10. membership fee
and the first month program fee!
Total $20.00
Pay a one time MANDATORY Fee of $10 for Membership to the 2011-2012 Afterschool Program at time of registration.
Program Fees are $10 a month per child. (Scholarships are available)
Membership dues are affordable so all interested children can join the Club.
Parents/Guardians may make tax-deductible donations above the $10.00 a month membership fees to the Boys & Girls Club on a monthly basis.
Pledge forms available at registration.
Club tours are available if Parents/Guardian would like to visit a program prior to registration.
Membership forms will be available at the location your child will be attending when school begins. Forms are NOW available at the downtown Mullin and McAdams clubhouse office or you can download a printable version of the membership and payment forms right here, fill them out and drop them off at our office at 679 Lincoln Way. When school begins you may drop them off at the site your child will be attending.
