Part-time YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS
for Afterschool Programs in 3 Locations:

(1) Downtown Clubhouse

(2) E.V. Cain Middle School Extension

(3) Rock Creek Elementary School Extension

Responsibilities : Provide guidance, role modeling & supervision to Club members; provide tutoring, homework assistance and recreation activities; help create environment that facilitates youth development; promote and stimulate program participation; supervise overall safety of members.

Skills & Knowledge Desired : Experience working with youth ages 6-18; ability to motivate youth and manage behavior; ability to organize & supervise members in a safe environment; ability to interact positively with the general public.

Hours: Part-Time Monday-Friday afternoons, up to 20 hours/week
